A few inconveniences and a tablet

My keyboard spilt tomato juice all over itself, so I've stolen my dear mother's laptop to write this brilliant and fascinating journal.
I have a tablet again. :D
Really that's all I have to say. The keyboard issue will unfortunately prevent me from being around very often, so untill I find a new one expect an absence of ninjaness.
Silently I will be drawing and getting used to my new tablet. Silently and mysteriously and sophisticatedly.

I can see how long it's been since you've visited this account, so I know you've probably moved on to other things and have your own life. It really blows my mind you're an adult now... you were my age when I first met you.
I suppose I came here to say... well, thank you.
For years your art was everything I hoped mine to be - to hold the spirit of the setting and the soul of the creature involved; and you were my role model as well, in other ways. While I never really got to KNOW you so much as how you behaved, you were always just so great to me, optimistic and composed. I miss you.
At any rate, if you ever see this, I guess this is thank you and... goodbye. I'm off to discover what I can on my own now, rather than choose a single person to aspire to be -- and I still love you and your art!! But, I am older, and I can do this. Thanks to you. Thanks to your image and images. (Gosh, I'm getting all sentimental for our Scratch days now.)
I will always remember you. Thank you.

I do remember you, of course I remember you. We shared a real friendship; I know that it meant a lot to me, and still does (and always will), despite the years that have passed, and the digital nature of our connection.
I also can't believe I'm an adult now. I probably don't yet qualify for that status.
A lot has happened in my life since we lost touch. I'm sure it is the same for you. I have expanded somewhat as a person, learned amazing things about the world - but I am still who I was, if that makes sense. It probably doesn't make sense. But the person I am now is merely a continuation of who I used to be, the person you knew all those thousands of years ago (doesn't it just feel like thousands of years ago?).
You were amazing, are amazing. I hope you realize this. I want you to be happy and doing amazing things because you are amazing and deserve only the amazingest in life. You are kind, clever, genuine (and possessed of a hundred thousand other dashing qualities, which I have indeed gathered from your behavior, rather than who you are actually, but I stand by them anyhow). I am touched to hear that my art so inspired you; my dear, it goes both ways - you also inspired me, kept me active through a sad period in my life. We explored the very real world of the internet together; I have since recognized in myself a passion for adventure, and am in the process of discovering aspects of the equally real planet earth that uphold this passion. But our shared experiences were so varied and intelligent as to also satisfy my adventurous notions.
Thank you, for the lovely message, for being amazing - I am so happy that you are beginning to discover yourself and the world, that you are moving on, moving forward. You always have a friend in me.
